In the Beginning
Reno Henriques, Chef & Owner of Fresh Catch Hawaii Restaurants, dream of owning an “Island Style” seafood restaurant after graduating from Western Culinary Institute became a reality in 2008 when he opened his first restaurant.
Growing up next to the ocean, fishing, boating, and diving was his passion and included preparing seafood dishes with his catch. Wanting the most flavorful dishes, creating unique sauces to enhance meals was his goal.
Today his Fresh Catch meals are flavored with Chef Reno’s specialty sauces. Customers raved about the tastes of his poke and meals… so in the “aloha spirit” he began bottling the sauces for sale to the public.
We hope the sauces inspire you to try new recipes while enjoying Hawaii’s Locally Made flavors.
